    Don't supply as per app. Just make fool by giving special offer. Just don't send the item give excuse saying good quality was not available

    None so far other than we know something of this brand exists in the market but of no use.

    Worst app..I ordered veggies..n I pay online..but they didn't deliver it to me..plz don't buy anything from this app.they r froud..I called customer care but number is not working. No one attending the call.

    I’ve placed order on 10/2/22 was told will get it on 13/2/22 between 10am to 12am. I don’t see the order getting processed and no support team is helping. Min of the number available on google are working

    Items ordered on 9th Jan2021 with slot time of 12—2 pm and till 10th 8PM not delivered and no information if they will delivery.
    their support team in app is not active and if i call their call center i am queue and gets disconnected sayi9ng their service team till call us back.

    Placed an order on 31st december with the slot 12—2 pm but did not received the delivery till now made online payment for the items also there is no customer service support to talk with it I suggest people don't order anything from this app because this is purely a bad app they will just take off the money from people and won't deliver the items.

    1. Order not delivered as of 2:45pm with status only being Order Confirmed
    2. Tried there chat to no avail — no response
    3. Tried there CS number with IVR only giving language option but not responding further-9152291522
    This is my 1st order and for sure my last. Just need my refund now.

    On all metro station the promotion is going on, thru same i got one 50% off promo code & i tried to order as my total amount was 369/- where after applied the code it should be 184/- + Delivery charge 30/- that was shown 310/-. i really not getting you all. for what reason i should pay? thank God i cancelled the order & not paid the amount for such a fake app.

    Frazzo promised 2 kgs of onions at Re1 per Kg with first order. I placed my first order for nearly Rs 400. But the Co failed to deliver the onions. When i asked the customer care in writing giving them details they said they would check and revert. One week has passed.But Frazzo is silent. Very very bad attitude.

    Very good and fresh vegetables, Tomato, Potato and Onion are good in size, all vegetables were very FRESH and packing was superb. And cost of was very low as compared to local market.
